EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Cyprian got his cut of the Retail taste when he worked for Checkers Sandton City as a Christmas casual. When the contract expired, he enrolled for Retail Courses with Success Retail Academy in Braamfonrein. After he qualified, he worked for Woolworth Kempton City and later for Pack n Stack in Krugersdorp which transferred him to Tzaneen in Limpopo.

In Tzaneen he joined Clicks and later became the Store Manager. He left Clicks and worked for Ackermans as a Store Manager and later went back to rejoin Pack Pack n Stack again but this time as a Area Sales Manager (Sales Rep). He left to join Shoprite - Checkers as a Sales Manager. He then joined Rex Dlamini Incorporated Group of Pharmacies as an Operations or Regional Manager. ..

He left to join Old Mutual as a PFA and later Marsillo Consulting as a Client Liaison Officer. He formed New Beginnings Consulting & Training as a movement, a legacy and a vehicle to incorporate all these vast experiences together, to plough back to all Retail sector business owners who has the ambitions of growing their business into many branches by growing the profitability.

A giant in his own right, Cyprian is proud to share some of his highlights in his career to show that he is indeed a force to be reckon with in terms of Retail Management tactics. As a Store Manager of Clicks he helped rescue Clicks Tzaneen (349)Clicks Louis Trichardt (379) and Middestad (338)today known as Limpopo Mall. All these stores main problems was shrinkage and I managed to bring it down. It was not long that my top management realized my potential and they nicknamed me 'Mr Fix It'. I went further to Turn Around the Rex Dlamini Incorporated Group of Pharmacies into profitable entities.
